Cooking brussel sprouts in the air fryer couldn’t be simpler. The goal is to get the brussels to a nice golden brown on the outside and soft and tender on the inside. First, trim the brussels sprouts by cutting off the end of the stem. Then cut in half lengthwise. Toss brussel sprouts with salt and olive oil. Cook brussel sprouts in air fryer at 400 deg. for about 15 – 20 minutes. Shake about every six minutes or so to redistribute brussel sprouts in the fryer basket, and keep the brussels in a relatively even layer in the basket.

Garlic Honey Butter Sauce

The garlic honey butter sauce is simple to make and can be prepared while the brussel sprouts in air fryer are cooking. Heat up the honey in a pan and add minced or grated garlic paste. Cook for a few minutes. Turn off the heat, and whisk in the butter one tablespoon at a time. Once the butter is emulsified in the honey, the sauce is done. Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb Brussel sprouts, trimmed and halved First, cut off the very end of the stem for each brussel. Then cut in half lengthwise.
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 1 clove garlic, minced or grated to a paste
  • 0.25 cup honey
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter, cut into cubes
  • 0.5 cup shredded parmesan

Instructions
 

  • COOK BRUSSELS: Heat up air fryer at 390 deg. F for five minutes. Toss brussel sprouts with olive oil and salt. Put brussels into air fryer basket such that they form an even layer. Put into air fryer for about 15-20 minutes.. Shake the basket about every six minutes to redistribute brussel sprouts. Air fried brussel sprouts are finished when they have turned brown on the outside and are tender inside.
  • MAKE GARLIC HONEY BUTTER SAUCE: While brussel sprouts are cooking, heat up honey on stove. Mix in garlic paste and cook for about two minutes. Turn off the heat and whisk in the butter one tablespoon at a time.

  • FINISH: When brussel sprouts are finished cooking, toss them with the honey butter sauce in a large mixing bowl. Serve immediately topped with parmesan cheese.
