Hi! I’m Anthony, and this is my food blog, The Flavor Dance. I’m a chef with over 12 years of professional culinary experience. I currently work in Los Angeles as a private chef focusing on healthy seasonal cooking. Before that, I worked as sous chef in French restaurants in Los Angeles, most recently Le Petit Paris. I also have a PhD in perceptual neuroscience, so I approach cooking with a scientific spin.
