Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb shrimp, deshelled and deveined
  • 1 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 4 cloves garlic, grated
  • 1 cup parsley, freshly chopped
  • 2 whole lemons, zest and juice
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • salt, to taste

Instructions
 

  • Melt butter in microwave or on stove top
  • Preheat oven to 350 deg. Mix shrimp with salt, garlic, parsley, and melted butter. Put shrimp in a shallow layer in a large flat baking dish. Bake for about ten minutes, until shrimp are just barely cooked.

  • Remove from oven, and set oven to broil. Sprinkle a layer of breadcrumbs on top.

  • Put back in oven until the top breadcrumb layer is toasted. Serve immediately
