This vegan protein bread recipe gets its veggie protein from green split peas and flax seeds. With only four ingredients, this gluten free bread is simple, high protein and delicious.

Ingredients
2.5cupsgreen split pea flour
3cupswater
2tbspflax seed powder
1.5tspsalt
2tspbaking powder
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 deg.
Mix flax seed powder with water. Let sit for five minutes
Mix all dry ingredients in large mixing bowl. Add water and flax seed mixture Let batter sit for ten minutes.
Line baking pan with greased parchment paper. If you don't have parchment paper, heavily grease the pan. Pour batter into pan.
Put into oven and bake for 15 to 20 minutes, rotating halfway through. Bake until internal temp reaches 180 deg, or until an inserted knife comes out clean.
