You can turn chicken breasts into chicken breast fritters with eggs, milk, and flour and some other ingredients for flavor. In fact, you can make many foods into fritters with eggs, milk, and flour. Here are some other ideas:

To make the chicken breast fritters, first whisk together flour, eggs, milk, grated garlic, lemon juice, and seasoning to form a batter. Add chopped chicken and green onions and mix in thoroughly. That’s it – fritter batter is done!

Heat up some vegetable oil in a frying pan on the stove. Once hot, gently place spoonfuls of your chicken batter into the oil to form your chicken fritters. They will still be relatively liquidy at the beginning, but the cooking will set the shape. Cook until they are golden brown, and then flip and do the same on the other side. Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb chicken breast, boneless and skinless, cubed into 0.25 to 0.5 inch pieces breasts are used in this recipe, but any cut from the chicken can be used
  • 2 each eggs
  • 1/3 cup flour, all purpose
  • 0.25 cup whole milk
  • 2 cloves garlic, grated into a paste
  • 1 cup green onions, sliced thinly on the bias
  • 2 each lemons
  • 2 cup sour cream
  • 2 tbsp canola oil
  • salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions
 

  • Whisk eggs, milk, juice of one lemon, garlic, and salt and pepper. Whisk in flour and green onions. Mix in chicken.

  • Heat up canola oil in pan on stovetop. Put spoonfuls of chicken mixture into hot oil. Cook until golden brown and then flip. Cook until golden brown on the other side. Make sure chicken fritter is cooked through.

  • Serve immediately with a generous dollop of sour cream and a slice of lemon. Sprinkle with fresh green onions

    • Yes you can bake – just make sure the batter is thick enough so that it doesn’t spread everywhere when you dollop it on the baking sheet. Or I suppose you could put it in a muffin tin:)
