Chicken Fritters
You can turn chicken breasts into chicken breast fritters with eggs, milk, and flour and some other ingredients for flavor. In fact, you can make many foods into fritters with eggs, milk, and flour. Here are some other ideas:
To make the chicken breast fritters, first whisk together flour, eggs, milk, grated garlic, lemon juice, and seasoning to form a batter. Add chopped chicken and green onions and mix in thoroughly. That’s it – fritter batter is done!
Heat up some vegetable oil in a frying pan on the stove. Once hot, gently place spoonfuls of your chicken batter into the oil to form your chicken fritters. They will still be relatively liquidy at the beginning, but the cooking will set the shape. Cook until they are golden brown, and then flip and do the same on the other side. Remove fritters from oil and set on a paper towel or wire rack to drain excess oil.

Look delicious with the sour cream and green onion. Can I bake these?
Yes you can bake – just make sure the batter is thick enough so that it doesn’t spread everywhere when you dollop it on the baking sheet. Or I suppose you could put it in a muffin tin:)
